N Position Type Non-Management POSITION SUMMARY Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, (CARE, RPM, GCPM), meeting rooms, and/or public spaces as required, including flipping/inspecting mattresses, box springs and assembling bed frames, vacuuming behind and underneath furniture, spot cleaning carpets and upholstery, dusting, touch-up painting, touch-up furniture ensuring that all necessary hardware and appliances are present in the room and in working order, replacing light fixtures, and inspecting and repairing grout and caulking. Maintain, repair and clean all guest rooms in accordance with the property room preventative maintenance procedures and standard guidelines. Perform miscellaneous minor repairs such as tightening loose toilet seats, changing light bulbs, and patching holes in walls. Perform general cleaning of all guestroom surfaces to include tub, wall tile, hard floors, walls, windows, mirrors. Report any serious maintenance problems, unusual findings, or safety hazards immediately to the manager/supervisor. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and anticipate and address guests’ service needs. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, and support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Responsibilities The Tech-Lead (Lead) will be responsible for implementing RPA CoE standards and administrating the bot’ development aspects of the RPA project, including: Absolute Expertise in RPA programming technologies and methods Ability to formulate solutions for various business problems or process improvement challenges using RPA, Cognitive/ML automations and a portfolio of other technologies Formulate & enforce development best-practices, comprising but not limited to code portability & assessments, change control, release management, etc. Allocate & coordinate resources, to meet committed timelines and ability to uniquely overcome technical challenges in short periods of time with solutions that meet or exceed current COE standards Mentor & train the Developers, including research on new & upcoming technologies and creating technical documents & user-guides Design & develop a catalog of automated bots as “microservices” to maximize their re-use across AutoNation, for maximum effectiveness and efficiency Risk Assessment, proactively monitoring issues and deliver timely solutions (per the SLA) through process analysis, solution designing, code review and server administration The Lead will setup Robotics Workshop with Business to introduce, explore, identify & execute automation opportunities The Lead will work closely with multiple other technology teams and cross-functional business SME's on a day-to-day basis The Lead will administrate the Robotics hardware & software environment and oversee their maintenance The Lead will also assist in the creation and execution of a Roadmap for Business Process Improvement across the enterprise Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar discipline Minimum 5 years of experience on system integration and/or automation projects 3 years of programming experience in C# and/or Visual Basic, .NET, SQL/Stored Procedures, or other Logic Driven Solution Experience Automation Anywhere Enterprise ver. 11.0 and above experience is a strong plus Should have led projects in Robotics Automation space, encompassing all project stages, from process identification, solution design, testing, UAT and delivery/transition to production support Should have a good blend of Technology and Business Process Management (BPM) knowledge Strong business communication, relationship management and negotiation skills Work Environment: This is an hybrid position in our Irving, TX location.
